We close with sound healing and an oracle card pull to integrate and seal the work — leaving you not just refreshed, but truly renewed.

Before your session, we connect to set your intention. I then journey on your behalf — entering a shamanic state to receive guidance and instructions specifically for you, so that when you arrive, the experience has already been shaped by spirit.

From there, everything from the Renew session is woven in — hydrotherapy, somatic scalp massage, and an intuitive organic facial that works from the inside out. And then we go further.
